OvationCXM has completed its System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2® Type 2 examination, covering controls relevant to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy across the CXMEngine platform.

The SOC 2 Type 2 examination is performed by an independent, licensed CPA firm and evaluates whether an organization's controls are suitably designed and operating effectively over a specified period of time to meet the relevant trust services criteria.
