ESG and Sustainability

OvationCXM aspires to be a leader in corporate sustainability. By thinking and acting sustainably, we will continue to deliver excellent customer service and strong financial results and position the company for a strong future.

At OvationCXM, sustainability is the way we manage and operate our business to best serve our customers, care for the environment, secure profits and drive long-term prosperity.

Sustainability is a business method that ensures safety, efficiency and responsibility in a manner that protects OvationCXM employees, communities, shareholders and the environment, now and in the future.

Our daily operations align business performance with a commitment to environmental, social and community stewardship encompassing three elements:

Reduce the environmental footprint of our operations

As a cloud-first software provider, our intent is to move away from internally hosted infrastructure and instead leverage public cloud providers for all future technology infrastructure growth and expansion. We may choose to continue to leverage existing hardware on a limited basis but have no plan to expand its footprint (and in fact, we plan to reduce it over time as we continue to migrate functions to cloud providers).


As a remote-first employer, OvationCXM strives to reduce its physical corporate real estate and employee travel, where possible. By reducing physical office locations, this also reduces the need for commuting to and from offices, which translates to fewer commutes by car, bus, etc.


Through the use of a digital ecosystem, OvationCXM strives to reduce environmental waste and increase recycling and the use of sustainable goods where applicable.

Engage openly on sustainability issues

     Communicate regularly with customers, employees and external stakeholders on sustainability issues, goals and efforts.
     Provide opportunities to customers, suppliers, employees and communities to actively participate in sustainability programs.

Support sustainable development

     Collaborate with customers and communities to grow sustainably, considering social, economic and environmental effects.
     Build innovative infrastructure to support operations and minimize resource use.

Supplier Diversity

OvationCXM places high value on the unique relationships we have with our customers and the diverse communities that we serve. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is an important responsibility in everything that we do. The OvationCXM Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Program is designed to encourage the development of minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, LGBTQ+ owned businesses, as well as SBA-defined small businesses (“Diverse Suppliers''). We view supplier diversity as a strategic business advantage and a component of our D&I strategy. Our commitment to this mission reinforces our corporate values while visibly demonstrating our support for equal business opportunity.

Our Vision: Incorporate Supplier Diversity and Inclusion in the OvationCXM procurement process and establish and maintain excellent supplier relationships with Diverse Suppliers in the communities we serve.

Our Mission: Maintain a sustainable Supplier Diversity and Inclusion program that continuously creates value by:

     Promoting the sourcing of goods and services from high performing, competitive Diverse Suppliers;
     Monitoring and measuring the Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Program effectiveness; and
     Participating in outreach programs/activities to support Diverse Suppliers.

Through this Supplier Diversity Program, we are committed to increasing the number and percent of Diverse-owned suppliers we work with.  Each year we set goals that are reviewed and approved by our Executive Leadership team, and we regularly monitor progress so that we can achieve what we set out to do.

Human Rights

Respect for human rights is a fundamental value of OvationCXM. Our Human Rights Policy is guided by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and applies to all employees and contractors.

OvationCXM’s set of human rights policies consist of the following:
